clear spanning-tree detected-protocols
The clear spanning-tree detected-protocols Privileged EXEC mode command enables the user
to set the switches back to RSTP mode without rebooting the device.
Syntax
clear spanning-tree detected-protocols

— A valid Ethernet port.

— A valid port-channel number.
Default Configuration
This command has no default configuration.

• This feature should be used only when working in RSTP or MSTP mode.
Example
The following example restarts the protocol migration process on Ethernet port 1/e11.
spanning-tree mst priority
The spanning-tree mst priority Global Configuration mode command configures the device
priority for the specified spanning-tree instance. To return to the default configuration, use the
no form of this command.

• instance-id—
ID of the spanning -tree instance (Range: 1-15).
•
priority—
Device priority for the specified spanning-tree instance (Range: 0-61440 in
multiples of 4096).
Default Configuration
The default bridge priority for IEEE Spanning Tree Protocol (STP) is 32768.
