made to regenerate the ARP cache entry if the next-hop address appears before considering the route
DOWN.

clients which track the object.
track ip route metric threshold configures object tracking on the threshold of an IPv4 route metric.
track reachability refresh
Change the refresh interval for tracking the reachability of the next-hop. If the next-hop address in the ARP cache ages out
for a route tracked for its reachability, an attempt is made to check if the next-hop address is reachable after a certain refresh
interval before considering the route DOWN.
Syntax
track reachability refresh interval
Parameters
