functionality does not disable internal and external ports.

Configuring Port Shutdown when Both Stack Links are Down
To automatically shut down ports when both stack links fail, follow these steps:
Configure the following command:
CONFIGURATION Mode
track-stack-ports disable-all-links
This command is available only in Stack mode of the FN-IOM.
NOTE: Dell EMC networking recommends disabling UFD when you enable this feature.
DellEMC# configure
DellEMC(conf)# track-stack-ports disable-all-links
NOTE: This configuration is recommended for a stack set up with only three or less units to avoid stack split.
