Field Description
di: Displays the amount of time configured for the DEAD interval.
dr: Displays the IP address of the designated router.
bdr: Displays the IP address of the Border Area Router.
Example
default-information originate
To generate a default external route into an OSPF routing domain, configure Dell EMC Networking Operating System (OS).
Syntax
default-information originate [always] [metric metric-value] [metric-type
type-value] [route-map map-name]
To return to the default values, use the no default-information originate command.
Parameters
always (OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword always to specify that default route information
must always be advertised.
metric
metric-
value
(OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword metric then a number to configure a metric
value for the route. The range is from 1 to 16777214.
metric-type
type-value
(OPTIONAL) Enter the keywords metric-type then an OSPF link state type of 1
or 2 for default routes. The values are:
1 = Type 1 external route
2 = Type 2 external route
route-map
map-
name
(OPTIONAL) Enter the keywords route-map then the name of an established
route map.
Defaults Disabled.
