Information
To enable the interface to send both version of RIP packets, use the ip rip send version 1 2
command.

ip split-horizon
Enable split-horizon for RIP data on the interface. As described in RFC 2453, the split-horizon scheme prevents any routes
learned over a specific interface to be sent back out that interface.

ip split-horizon
To disable split-horizon, use the no ip split-horizon command.
