Version Description
8.3.16.1 Introduced on the MXL 10/40GbE Switch IO Module.
Usage
Information
When this command is configured, the VLAN is operationally UP if any of the interfaces specified in the
track ip command are operationally UP, and the VLAN is operationally DOWN if none of the tracking
interfaces are operationally UP.
If the track ip command is not configured, the VLAN's Layer 3 operational state depends on all the
members of the VLAN.
The Layer 2 state of the VLAN, and hence the Layer 2 traffic, is not affected by the track ip
command configuration.
