Display the status of offline diagnostic tests on a switch.

Information
Use the show diag information command to view the progress of offline diagnostics on Z9500
CPUs: line-card processors (Linecard slots 0 to 2), Control Processor (Linecard slot 3), and Route
Processor (Linecard slot 4).
