Global BPDU Filtering
By default, when you enable BPDU filtering globally, it stops transmitting BPDUs on the operational portfast-enabled ports.
When the port receives BPDUs, it automatically participates in the spanning tree. By default, global BPDU filtering is disabled.

Interface BPDU Filtering
When you enable BPDU filtering on an interface, it stops sending and receiving BPDUs on the portfast-enabled ports.
When you enable BPDU guard and BPDU filter on the port, the BPDU filter takes the highest precedence. By default, BPDU
filtering on an interface is disabled.
