Enable FEC on the interface.
Syntax
fec enable {cl91|cl74|cl108}
To disable FEC, use the no fec enable command.
Parameters
cl91 Enables CL91 FEC (Reed Solomon Forward Error Correction) on 100G interfaces.
The system displays an error message when this is applied on 25G or 50G
interfaces.
cl74 Enables CL74 FEC (BaseR-FEC or Firecode Forward Error Correction) on 25G or
50G interfaces. The system displays an error message when this is applied on 100G
interfaces.
cl108 Enables CL108 FEC (RS-FEC for single 25G lane) on 25G or 50G interfaces. The
system displays an error message when this is applied on 100G interfaces.
