Oracle Grid Infrastructure Fails
After the successful installation of the grid infrastructure, Installer (GUI)
displays the following error message: INS-20802: Oracle Grid
Infrastructure Configuration failed.
Make sure that the following prerequisites are met:

Public and private interface names are identical on all RAC nodes.
2 Host names are alpha numeric.
3 User account for installation is Administrator .
4 Firewalls are turned off for all profiles—Domain, Public, and Private.
5 The net use \\<remotenodeIP>\C$ command is executed successfully for
all nodes.
6 Remote registry connection is successful to all cluster nodes.
7 Network ping tests are done.
8 Network interface binding order is public, private, and other.
9 DHCP Media Sense is disabled for private network ports.
10 Time is synchronized on all nodes.
11 Common environment variables are set across all nodes.
12 Diskpart and automount are enabled.
13 The public IPs of the cluster nodes are entered in the \etc\hosts file.
Uninstallation
To uninstall the Oracle Database and Database binary, log in as Oracle user
and execute the following command:
<ORACLE_HOME>\deinstall\deinstall.bat
To uninstall the grid infrastructure binary, log in as grid user and execute
the following command:
<GRID HOME>\deinstall\deinstall.bat
