创建基础数据库
执行以下步骤，使用
Oracle ASM
创建基础数据库：
1 验证
Oracle
群集件是否正在运行。
a 打开命令提示符窗口。单击
Start
（开始），选择
Run
（运行）；
键入
cmd ；然后按
<Enter>
键。
b 键入 crsctl check crs 。
c 系统将显示以下信息：
Cluster Synchronization Services appears
healthy（群集同步服务运行正常）
Cluster Ready Services appears healthy（群集就绪
服务运行正常）
Event Manager appears healthy（事件管理器运行
正常）
d 如果未看到以上信息，请键入 crsctl start crs 。
e 通过键入以下命令关闭
cmd
窗口： exit 。
