Oracle Clusterware Configuration Assistant Fails
In the Configuration Assistants window, the installation may fail using
the Oracle Clusterware Configuration Assistant.
To resolve the issue:
1
Open the file:
%ORA_CLUSTERWARE_HOME%\cfgtoollogs\configTool
FailedCommands
where %ORA_CLUSTERWARE_HOME% is the Cluster Ready Service
(CRS) home directory that you created using procedures found in the
Oracle Database on Microsoft Windows Server x64 Oracle Database Setup
and Installation Guide
.
2
Copy and run the first three commands (with the parameters) listed
in the file from the command prompt.
3
To run the failed virtual private IP configuration assistant (VIPCA), follow
the steps in "Virtual Private IP Configuration Assistant Fails" on page 8.
