Using the Oracle Logical Partition Formatter (LogPartFormat), format the OCRCFG and VOTEDSK
partitions on both nodes.
At the command prompt, type the following commands and press <Enter> after each command:
%SystemDrive%\oracle\product\10.2.0\crs\bin\LogPartFormat \\.\OCRCFG
%SystemDrive%\oracle\product\10.2.0\crs\bin\LogPartFormat
\\.\VOTEDSK
The following message appears:
Are you sure you want to continue...(Y/N)?

and press <Enter>.

Launch the Oracle GUI Object Manager.
At the command prompt, type the following and press <Enter>:
%SystemDrive%\ora_bin_utils\GUIOracleOBJManager.exe
The
Oracle Object Manager
window appears.

Delete the symlinks for the OCR (OCRCFG) and Voting disks (VOTEDSK).

Select
ocrcfg
and
votesdk
.

Click
Options
and select
Commit
.
If successful, the
ocrcfg
and
votedsk
entries disappear.

Click
Options
and select
Exit
to close the Oracle Object Manager.

Launch the Computer Management Console.

On the Windows desktop, click
Start
and select
Run
.

In the
Run
field, type the following and press <Enter>:
compmgmt.msc
The
Computer Management Console
appears.

Delete the ASM partitions.

In the
Computer Management Console
window, click
Storage
and select
Disk Management
.

Right-click the first partition and select
Delete Logical Drive
.

When prompted, click
Yes
.

Repeat
step b
and
step c
for each remaining partition until all partitions—including the original
extended partition—have been deleted.

Restart node 1 and login as administrator.

After you are logged in as administrator on node 1, restart node 2 and login as administrator.
