Select the instance to delete and click
Next
.
The instance that you selected cannot be the local instance from where
you are running DBCA. If you select the local instance, the DBCA displays
an Error dialog. If this occurs, click
OK
and select another instance.
Click
Finish
. If services are assigned to this instance, the DBCA Services
Management window is displayed. Use this window to re-assign services to
other instances in the cluster database.

Summary
window, click
OK
.

Verify the information about the instance deletion operation and click
OK
.
A
progress bar is displayed while DBCA removes the instance and its
Oracle Net configuration. When the operation completes, a dialog
prompts whether you want to perform another operation.

to exit.

Verify that the node was removed by typing:
srvctl config database -d <database name>
