OCFS setup
with DBCA
You receive the
error message
ORA-04031
unable to
allocate
4180 bytes of
shared memory.
The default memory
allocation for an 8-node
cluster is too small.
In the Initialization Parameters Window, change
the value of the Shared Pool to 500 MB from the
default value of 95 MB and click Next.
PowerPath Stopping and then
restarting
PowerPath on an
RHEL 3.0 i386 host
without rebooting
generates a series of
warning messages
about duplicate
IOCTL
registrations. No
adverse affects
other than the log
messages have been
observed.
PowerPath device scan
issue.
Ignore it. This issue is resolved in PowerPath
version 4.3.1.
