启用系统还原
注 : 即使磁盘空间不足， Windows Vista 也不会禁用系统还原。因此，以下步
骤仅适用于 Windows XP。
如果您重新安装 Windows XP 时可用的空闲硬盘空间小于 200 MB，“ 系
统还原”将被自动禁用。
要查看是否已启用系统还原，请：
Windows Vista
1 单击 “ Start ”（开始） → “ Control Panel ”（控制面板） →
“
System and Maintenance ”（系统和维护） → “ System ”（系统） 。
2 在左窗格中，单击 “ System Protection ”（系统保护）。
3 单击 System Protection （系统保护） 选项卡。确保未选中
“ Automatic restore points ”（自动还原点） 下的 “ System
Protection
”（系统保护） 。
Windows XP
1 依次单击 “ Start ”（开始） → “ Control Panel ” （控制面
板）
→ “ Performance and Maintenance ” （性能和维护） →

System ” （系统）。
2 单击 “系统还原” 选项卡，并确保未选中 “关闭系统还原” 。
使用 Dell™ PC Restore 和 Dell Factory Image
Restore
注意 : 使用 Dell PC Restore 或 Dell Factory Image Restore 将永久删除硬盘驱动
器上的所有数据，以及您收到计算机之后所安装的所有程序或驱动程序。如
果可能，请在使用这些选项之前备份数据。仅当系统还原无法解决操作系统
问题时，才可使用 PC Restore 或 Dell Factory Image Restore。
注 : 在某些国家和地区或某些计算机上可能无法使用 Dell PC Restore （由
Symantec 提供）和 Dell Factory Image Restore。
仅将 Dell Factory Image Restore (Windows Vista) 或 Dell PC Restore
(Windows XP) 作为还原操作系统的最后方法使用。
这些选项将把您的硬盘驱动器还原至购买计算机时它所处的运行状态。您
在收到计算机之后所添加的任何程序或文件 （包括数据文件）都会从硬
盘驱动器上永久删除。数据文件包括文档、电子表格、电子邮件信息、数
码照片、音乐文件等。如果可能，请在使用 PC Restore 或 Factory Image
Restore 之前备份所有数据。
