Verify that file and folder names comply with 8.3 naming conventions. The file name may not exceed 8 characters with a 3-character extension (.htm
or .gif). Ensure that all file names including the extensions are lowercase. 8.3 naming conventions do not apply to .txt files.

Verify that the anchor tags (bookmarks) are relative and do not contain spaces, slashes, colons, questions marks, or extended characters such as ®
