Back Panel Connectors

This latch allows you to open the computer cover.

padlock rings
Padlock rings are for attaching a commercially available antitheft device.
The padlock rings allow you to secure the computer cover to the chassis
with a padlock to prevent unauthorized access to the inside of the
computer. To use the padlock rings, insert a commercially available padlock
through the rings, and then lock the padlock.

connectors
Plug USB, audio, and other devices into the appropriate connector (see
Back Panel Connectors for more information.

Access connectors for any installed PCI and PCI Express cards.
CAUTION: Ensure that none of the system air vents are blocked. Blocking them would cause serious thermal problems.

parallel connector
Connect a parallel device, such as a printer, to the parallel connector.
If you have a USB printer, plug it into a USB connector.
NOTE: The integrated parallel connector is automatically disabled if
the computer detects an installed card containing a parallel connector
configured to the same address. For more information, see System
Setup Options.
