Cause and Action Cause: The controller cannot communicate with the battery. The battery may be removed, or the contact point
between the controller and the battery may be burnt or corroded.
Action: Replace the battery if it has been removed. If the contact point between the battery and the controller is
burnt or corroded, you must replace either the battery or the controller, or both. See the hardware documentation
for information on how to safely access, remove, and replace the battery.
