Description
A non-recoverable link issue was detected in propagation of signals between
processors through the Intel QPI interconnect interconnect identified in the
message.

Response Action
Do one of the following: 1) Restart the server and check whether the issue persists.
2) If the issue is not resolved by the preceding action, reseat the processors and
restart the server. 3) If the issue persists, contact your service provider.
