Description
Each License Manager object has a unique identifier by which it may be accessed.
If the user supplied identifier is outside the acceptable range or the object no
longer exists in the system, then this error is returned. Most common identifiers are
the license entitlement identifier, the device Fully Qualified Device Descriptor, or
the import transaction identifier assigned to a license when imported.

unique identifier binds a license to the device. For example, iDRACs unique
identifier is the service tag.
