Description
The Chassis Management Controller (CMC) detected the insertion of an adapter in
the slot identified in the message.
Recommended
Response Action
If the adapter in slot identified in the message is mapped to a server, the server
must be turned off then back on before server can access adapter. If the adapter in
slot is a shared adapter and any server is on then the entire chassis must be turned
off and turned on for the server(s) to gain access to the installed shared adapter.
