Description
The target settings properties of the NIC port identified in the message could not
be configured, because either iSCSI or FCoE partition of the network port is not
enabled; or, the network controller is not functioning.

Make sure that the iSCSI or FCoE partition of the network port is enabled. Check
whether or not the network controller is working.
