Description
UEFI Driver provides a DIAGNOSTIC protocol and this protocol supplies a test that
failed. Failure Message may be "Packet loopback test failed" or "Register test failed"
or something else. Provided by driver not ePSA.

Response Action
The Network (Ethernet) device may be faulty. Check for bent pins in the Ethernet
connector. Make sure that Network device firmware is current. Retry test, if still
fails, replace the NIC/NDC/LOM Network device. This may be on the motherboard,
or an adapter, or a daughter card, depending on the system.
