Do the following: 1) Make sure the iSCSI target system is online with the firewall
configured to allow TCP access. 2) Make sure the server network infrastructure is
configured to allow access to the iSCSI target. 3) Go to System Setup > Network
Settings > iSCSI Device Settings > Connection Settings page, make sure the iSCSI
initiator settings (iSCSI, DHCP, VLAN, initiator/target IP addresses) are configured
correctly. 4) Retry the operation.
