Recommended
Response Action
Reinstall the OS Collector in the iDRAC and retry the operation. To install the OS
Collector using the iDRAC Web UI, get the latest OC Collector update package and
then select the Update and Rollback link from the iDRAC Web UI home page and
upload the install package. If the issue persists, contact your service provider.
