Description
The TTY log data of the storage controller identified in the message cannot be
exported because an issue was encountered while communicating with the
controller.
Recommended
Response Action
While exporting the TTY log, make sure that the server is not in BIOS POST, and
then retry the operation. If the issue persists, reset iDRAC, and retry the operation.

Description
The collect OS and Application Data operation cannot be completed because the
OS Collector is not installed on the iDRAC.
Recommended
Response Action
Install OS Collector on the iDRAC and retry the operation. To install the OS
Collector using the iDRAC Web UI, get the latest OC Collector update package and
then select the Update and Rollback link from the iDRAC Web UI home page and
upload the install package.
