Description
Sometimes, the operating system on the server may not allow a graceful shutdown
or may not complete within the specified graceful shutdown timeout. This error
indicates that the system could not be shutdown within the time specified. The
default timeout value is 5 minutes and the maximum value allowed is 1 hour.

Retry the operation with a longer specified graceful shutdown timeout or with the
system shutdown option.
