Description
An action or failure has taken place that breaks CMC redundancy. This includes loss
of network connection, hardware failures, firmware update, firmware mismatch
between CMCs, CMC reset, and unplugging a CMC.

Response Action
Check CMC network cables and network connections. Check that CMC firmware
versions match.
