Detailed
Description
A disk has received a SMART alert (predictive failure). The disk is likely to fail in the
near future.
Recommended
Response
Action
Replace the disk that has received the SMART alert. If the physical disk is a member
of a non-redundant virtual disk, then back up the data before replacing the disk.
Removing a physical disk that is included in a non-redundant virtual disk will cause
the virtual disk to fail and may cause data loss.

Message Successfully updated configuration data on the arg1 .
Arguments arg1 = physical disk name
Detailed
Description
This event is generated while initializing the drives during reboot. The controller
updated the configuration data on the physical disks identified in the message. The
drive configuration was updated because the following conditions were present: 1)
The spundown drives were used for configuration. Spundown drives are drives that
are temporarily powered off because power saving option is enabled. 2) The
storage controller was not able to update the Configuration On Disk (COD) records
on the drive while they were spundown.
