Message PCIe ride-through time out has changed from arg1 to arg2 seconds.

Detailed
Description
The Chassis Management Controller (CMC) has changed the PCIe ride-through
timeout to the value identified in the message. PCIe adapters will remain turned on
for the number of seconds specified by the ride-through timeout value after the
server they are assigned to is turned off. Note: A value of zero equals infinite
number of seconds.
