Run the command "racadm fwupdate -g -u -a <TFTP server IP Address> -d
mainboard.bin -m main_board" to upload the latest firmware version to the Chassis
Infrastructure Mainboard.

Description
For each adapter assigned to a server, power is allocated when the server is turned
on. If the available power is less than the required power, the Chassis Management
Controller (CMC) will not power on the adapters associated with the server.
