Action
If the virtual disk is inaccessible, restore accessibility by bringing the virtual disk
back online. After the virtual disk is accessible, run the following command to
reactivate disk, "omconfig storage vdisk action=reactivate controller=id vdisk=id
devicename=<string>". If the device is no longer functional, replace it.
