Message Unable to apply the arg1 configuration. The affected servers (slot arg2 ) are not
turned off.
Arguments arg1 = configuration name, arg2 = slot number

Description
The server specified in the message must be turned off or the server slot must be
empty before changing the FlexAddress configuration.
