Description
The user account does not have sufficient privileges to perform the virtual reseat
operation on the Sleeve or Sled specified in the message. The server administration
privilege is required to perform a virtual reseat operation. This applies to Sleeve or
Sled components.

Use a different user account that has server administration privileges, and retry the
operation. For more information, contact your system administrator about
necessary privileges.
