Detailed
Description
CMC is unable to obtain the link tuning or flex address information for the newly
installed hardware (server, Input Output Module, or Mezzanine card), or is unable
to send the link tuning or flex address information to iDRAC.

Action
Make sure that the currently installed CMC firmware is the latest. Otherwise, update
the CMC with the latest CMC firmware and retry the operation.

The user account does not have sufficient privileges to perform the requested
operation. Server Administrator privilege is required to perform the requested
action.
