Description
The FRU on the sleeve specified in the message is not functioning or CMC is
unable to read it.

Action
Do the following: 1) Reset iDRAC of the specified server or virtual reseat the server.
2) Reset CMC and wait for a few minutes. If the issue persists, contact your service
provider.
