Description
The Scalable Memory Interconnect (SMI) channel identified in the message is
operating at a degraded width. This allows continued uptime although indicates an
error condition requiring further investigation.This maybe an early indication of
upcoming memory riser failure.

Do the following: 1) Remove input power to the system, 2) Reseat the memory riser
