Description
An unexpected issue has occured. This could be because the application
encountered an unexpected exception or was terminated by a user. This issue
could also be because the application was running in an unsupported OS.

Do the following: 1) Retry the operation. 2) If the issue persists, reinstall the OS
Collector on the iDRAC to the most recent version available, and then retry the
operation.
