internal error occurred while processing component information.

Response
Action
Enable Collect System Inventory On Restart (CSIOR) using Lifecycle Controller and
restart the system. Make sure that inventory collection is complete before retrying
the operation. For more information, see the Lifecycle Controller Users Guide.

If the file is being exported to an NFS share, make sure that it is accessible from

from iDRAC using share access credentials with the appropriate privileges.
