Description
Unable to communicate with iDRAC.

Action
Check if iDRAC is ready and system is running properly. Utilize the RACADM
command by running "racadm getversion" to list all the servers and make sure the
iDRAC version is displayed. If the iDRAC is listed as Not Ready then wait until it
becomes ready. A Virtual Reseat may be required.
