Description
iDRAC is unable to read Lifecycle Controller status. Lifecycle Controller must be
enabled to run the operation.

Action
Run the racadm get LifeCycleController.LCAttributes.LifecycleControllerState
command to get the status of the Lifecycle Controller. If the issue persists, contact
your service provider.
