The minimum non critical threshold value identified in the message cannot be set,
because the value entered is lesser than, or equal to the minimum critical threshold
value.

Check the minimum critical threshold level using an appropriate RACADM
command. For example, to view the minimum threshold value of a sensor, run the
racadm getsensorinfo command at the command line interface, and then retry the
operation. For more information about other RACADM commands, run the racadm
help command.
