Description
The server component software inventory cannot be retrieved because of an
internal error.

Action
Make sure to enable Collect System Inventory On Restart (CSIOR) feature, reboot
the server, and retry the operation. If CSIOR is already enabled, restart iDRAC using
"racadm racreset" command, and retry the operation.
