Description
The power on request for the server identified in the message was not successful
because the Chassis is turned off.

Action
Turn on the Chassis, and then retry the operation. To turn on the Chassis using the
Chassis Management Controller Web UI, go to Chassis Overview > Power >
Control, select the Power On System option, and then click Apply.
