Description
The Max Power Conservation Mode can be enabled only when Server Based Power
Management Mode is disabled.

The Max Power Conservation Mode can be changed when Server Based Power
Management mode is disabled. Using the CMC Web UI, navigate to the Chassis
Overview > Power > Configuration page, then uncheck the Enable Server Based
Power Management checkbox. Retry the operation.
