Unable to change the server power priority because Server Based Power
Management mode is enabled.

Action
The server power priority can be changed once Server Based Power Management
mode is disabled. Using the CMC Web UI, navigate to the Chassis Overview >
Power > Configuration page, then uncheck the Enable Server Based Power
Management checkbox. Retry the operation.
