Description
The server did not turn on bacause the chassis infrastructure is not ready. The
chassis infrstructure includes: PCIe subsystem, storage components, and the
chassis management controller.

Action
Check the status of the chassis infrastructure in the CMC Web or RACADM
interface. Wait until the chassis infrastructure components are fully turned on.
