experiencing problems with the application programming interface (API). There
could also be a problem with the driver or firmware.
Action: Check the cables. Check if the controller has a supported version of the
driver and firmware. You can download the current version of the driver and
firmware from the support site. Rebooting the system may also resolve this
problem.
