Description
The OS Collector application did not start successfully on the server operating
system (OS) because the application encountered an error.

Response
Action
Do the following: 1) Retry the operation. 2) If the issue persists, reinstall the OS
Collector on the iDRAC to the most recent version available, and then retry the
operation.
